Ingredients:
- 60 ml blended Scotch whisky
- 22 ml fresh lemon juice
- 22 ml honey syrup
- 3 slices of fresh ginger
- 7 ml single malt Scotch
Instructions:
Smash the fresh ginger in a shaker. Add scotchul, lemon juice, honey syrup and fill it with ice. Shake it until chilled for 20 seconds. Strain the mix over a whisky glass and add the single malt using the back of a tea spoon in order to create a first layer above the drink.
