New Milano

Ingredients:

• 30 ml gin
• 30 ml Dimmi
• 30 ml Cynar
• 1 slice of grapefruit

Instructions:

Fill the glass with ice. Add gin, Dimmi, Cynar and salt and stir it well. Strain over a chilled wine glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
