The Rabbit Gin Sour

  • 45 ml gin
  • 2 tea spoons of caster sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 spoons of lemon juice



Fill a shaker with ice, add the gin, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice and shake it well. Strain over a whisky glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with lemon peel.
