It is an Italian liqueur flavoured with anise, known as a traditional drink. Vaccari Sambuca can be taken flamed or mixed with water, and chewing two coffee beans before the tasting may take the experience to another level!
Vaccari Sambuca was launched in 1990 and named after the creator of the Galliano liqueur, the distiller Arturo Vaccari. Distilled in Italy, the drink owes its mild star anise flavour purely to a unique process of distillation, in which one uses a variety of a very rare star anise, from China. Vaccari Sambuca has a distinctive packaging which reflects the quality of the product and of the brand. Mexico, the Netherlands and Ireland represent the main relevant markets for Vaccari, it being consumed usually simple, dry, together with the two coffee beans.
